Thank you for considering a Dreamheart Dachshund puppy! We are committed to placing our puppies in loving, responsible homes. To ensure a positive experience for both our puppies and their new families, please carefully review our terms and conditions below:

Puppy Health Guarantee

All puppies will come with a veterinary health check, age-appropriate vaccinations, and deworming.

We offer a 2-year health guarantee against life-threatening genetic conditions. Proof from a licensed veterinarian is required for any claim.

 

​Puppy Deposits & Reservations

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve a puppy or join our waitlist. This deposit is applied toward the total purchase price. Picks are made in the order deposits are received.

Final Payments

Final payment is due at or before the time of pick-up or delivery.  Accepted forms of payment: cash, Venmo, Zelle, or other methods as previously agreed upon. If paying online the payment must be sent 2 weeks prior to pickup. Otherwise cash is accepted ONLY at time of pickup.

Puppy Pickup

Puppies go to their new homes no earlier than 8 weeks of age. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange timely pickup. Boarding fees may apply for delayed pickups unless agreed upon in advance.

​Spay /Neuter Agreement

Pet puppies are sold on a strict spay/neuter agreement unless discussed otherwise for approved breeding homes. Proof of spay/neuter must be provided by 12 months of age.

Breeding Rights

Breeding rights are only available to approved programs and must be discussed and agreed upon before purchase. Any unauthorized breeding may result in legal action and/or revocation of any registration paperwork.

Return Policy

If at any time you are unable to care for your puppy, we require that you contact us first. We will always welcome our puppies back, no questions asked. No refunds will be given unless under specific circumstances approved by the breeder.

Buyer Responsibilities

The buyer agrees to provide proper veterinary care, a healthy diet, a safe home environment, and regular exercise and training. Dreamheart Dachshunds reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale if we feel it is not in the best interest of the puppy.

Updates & Communication

We love staying in touch! While not required, we appreciate updates and photos of your growing pup. By purchasing a Dreamheart puppy, you agree to keep open communication with us, especially during the transition period.
